This coming Saturday is what we've all been waiting for.  The numbers on the training track have never been better!  There's a lot of enthusiasm and positivity amongst everyone.  It's also been a long preseason, learning new strategies, game plans and developing leadership and voice both on and off the field.  All this can be attributed to our coach, Shane Woewodin.  He has been a breath of fresh air - not just in terms of football astuteness but also in building relationships, leadership, support structures, confidence to have a go...have a say...and commitment and respect for each other and the Club.

Having Shane on board has been a real coup for the club.  His WAFL and AFL achievements and accolades emphasise his  experience, expertise and depth of knowledge! As our senior coach, he has initiated and developed a gradual, but significant, reorganisaton and shift in player thinking, actions and self determination and belief in what they are doing.  This is evident on field and off.  It is an evolutionary shift, not something done overnight nor with short cuts.  Plus it will continue to further develop as the season progresses.

The "100 Club" kicks off on Round 1!!  Tickets will be on sale:  $100 per ticket!  Buy yourself one or form a syndicate.  1st Prize $2,000; 2nd Prize $1,000; and 3rd Prize, money back!  100 Tickets will continue to be sold throughout the season and drawn after the final ticket is sold, then followed by a general announcement that the draw will take place at the next home game.  Please support your Club.
